Responsible for managing the finances of the handled school, which includes balancing budgets, preparing financial reports, keeping detailed financial records and processing employees compensation.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least 2 years of related experience in general accounting

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles, and reporting system
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Monitors and manages financial reports from the school accountants; guides school accountants in monitoring and trouble-shooting discrepancies of financial records; consolidates and ensures accuracy of financial statements of HO-owned schools and subsidiaries.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least 5 years of related experience in a finance department
  • Background in audit functions is an advantage

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must have extensive experience in managing accounting supervisors and accountants
  • Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles, and reporting system

Responsible for designing, analyzing and validating assessment tools.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course
  • Advantage if a licensed Psychometrician or Guidance Counselor

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in developing assessment tools
  • With experience in conducting assessments and quantitative and/or qualitative researches preferably in an educational setting
  • Knowledgeable in the use of statistical software packages and result interpretation

Provides assistance to Campus Development Manager in terms of technical and administrative works of the Company.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be able to generate project estimate and scope of works
  • Must be knowledgeable with government standard and specification
  • Must be able to prepare shop drawing and space planning
  • Must be proficient in Autocad, MS Office Application and Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw

Directs project evaluation and comprehensive review of identified opportunities for merits; and presents and sells to the Management Team for sponsorship of resources.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or Management
  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course
  • With at least 5 years of experience in managing a Corporate Planning unit

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to  identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to analyze client/partner requirements and sell solutions

  • Knowledgeable in project development and management

In-charge of maximizing online opportunities where the STI brand can be communicated; and incorporates the digital platform as part of STIs Integrated Communications Strategy.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or Marketing Management or any related course
  • Has relevant marketing/advertising experience in-charge of Digital Marketing or having Digital Marketing as one of the duties and responsibilities
  • Must have had attended seminars/trainings on Digital Marketing and Social Media as a communication platform

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications

Responsible for receiving and directing visitors. In-charge for receiving and relaying incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondences for STI Head Office.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Management, Communication Arts, or other business-related course

Qualifications:

Leads, instructs and motivates individuals or groups in exercise activities. As fitness trainer, they design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of their clients.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Physical Education
  • Must have a certification as gym instructor, with at least 1 year related experience

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to listen carefully to what clients tell them to determine the client's fitness levels and desired fitness goals.

 

Works with the Technical Writer to create online learning modules and live web-based training sessions, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials following an instructional design process. 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to instructional design
  • Experience in developing instructional strategies and the appropriate structure; pre-class activities, presentations, learner’s participation, practice problems, case studies, and evaluations is a must

 Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to recommend instructional media that provides utility and probability across and within each unit of instruction
  • Ability to discuss learning theories, instructional design strategies, instructional psychology, and learning styles appropriate to the curricular objectives
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information

Responsible for ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks, providing legal advisory services, and managing the Legal Department effectively and efficiently.  

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Laws (Llb)/Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Bar exam passer
  • Must have legal practice experience

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Adept in legal counselling
  • Proficient in legal research
  • Strong legal writing and contract drafting skills

Responsible for the conceptualization, design, implementation, and evaluation of all network-wide programs and projects related to student development and welfare; shall be tasked with the holistic formation of STI students to help them acquire the 21st century skills (soft skills), or STI’s 4Cs – critical thinking, communication (collaboration), change-adept, and character.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree program with a major in Social Sciences-related program or other relevant field
  • Advantage if with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
  • With at least 2 years of experience as Program Manager

Experience and Competency Requirement:

  • With thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Exemplary background on data analysis, reporting, and budgeting
  • Very good knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
  • Effective collaborative and people skills to work in a team

Support Student Records and Information Department on the Centralized Printing of Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR) project specifically in the preparation of diploma and TOR packages for dispatch.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course
  • Background in record management is an advantage

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to follow routine verbal or written instructions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • Must be organized and keen to details

Enables stakeholders to access information for increased learning and productivity; provides system support services and maintains the efficiency and effectiveness of the information systems; and works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs in order to deliver to them the right services.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses;
  • With at least 1 year experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in any ERP system preferably Oracle and/or PeopleSoft;
  • Knowledgeable in Crystal reports, XML or BI Publisher;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management or Culinary Arts

  • Advantage if Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) passer, and with National Certificate (NC) in Commercial Cooking/Cookery, Bread and Pastry Making

Performs training services that enable employees to perform functions relevant to the thrusts of the organization. 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree related to human relations or development;
  • At least 1 year of work experience doing project management in the field of employee training and development; and
  • Preferably familiar with all aspects of human resource.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable on ASP, .NET, PHP, MS Access, MSSQL, HTML, CSS &. jQuery
  • Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
