West Negros University (WNU) welcomes the new students and transferees for SY 2009-2010 with an orientation program which held yesterday at the Students’ Activity Center (SAC) at 2PM.

The activity is spearheaded by the Students Personnel Services (SPS) and the Guidance Services Center (GSC).

It aims to familiarize the newest WESNECAN addition with the school officials and their respective faculty and staff. They will also be made aware of the existing college rules, regulations and policies and the corresponding consequences for their violations.

The event also provides an avenue and opportunity for the new members of the WESNECAN family to get acquainted with their schoolmates and make new friends. A sort of imbibing the unique culture and camaraderie that is distinctive in West Negros University.

Dr. Cleo Grace Hinaut, OIC-Vice President for Academic Affairs formally welcomes the students to the school.

A video presentation of the various school facilities were also shown for the students to acquaint themselves with including the services offered by the departments.
