Books to 4 Secondary Schools

Four
pre-identified secondary schools were recipients to the
book donation project of West Negros University held
November 7, 2008.
The
activity was spearheaded by the Alumni, Information and
PR Office (AIPRO) and the Research Development and
Extension Office (RDEO) as part of the school’s PR
campaign and community outreach program.
Assorted books and other reference materials were
presented to: Emiliano Lizares National High School (ELNHS)
accepted by the school’s teachers; Betty Buelba,
Crisanto Ogatis, Ma. Celia Gonzales and Victoria Torre;
Domingo Lacson National High School (DLNHS) received by
its librarian Corazon S. Mupra in the presence of
teachers Antonio J. Oquindo Jr and Evelyn B. Casiano;
the same were turned over to Ariston S. Remolleno,
property custodian of Sum-ag National High School (SNHS)
and Luis Hervias National High School (LHNHS)
principal Ms. Patria Arro accepted the gifts from WNU
representatives.
Secondary school representatives expressed their thanks
to WNU administration for the gift of knowledge through
the gift of books and for choosing them among the many
